MANRRS 2017 Region IV Cluster Meeting

The MANRRS Cluster workshop is a professional and career development summit featuring some of the top agricultural and natural resources entities from academia, industry, and government. This event will feature students from across Region IV looking to network with professionals, secure summer internships, and develop professional skills.

This year’s Cluster will be hosted at the Wyndham Garden Hotel OKC Airport Friday, October 13 -  Sunday, October 15, 2017. The registration fee will be $35.00 for students, $50.00 for professionals, and $250 for exhibitors (non-sponsors). The theme for our 33rd year is “MANRRS: Preparing Our Future, Empowering Our Present and Honoring Our Past." In order to take advantage of the valuable opportunities that will be available, we need the support, attendance, and participation from each of our members. We look forward to seeing you next month!

This year's cluster  will feature the following participating companies:

Bunge, Farm Credit, John Deere, Land O'Lakes, Monsanto, Peace Corps, USDA Forest Service, USDA APHIS Veterinary Services, and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please encourage chapter members to have several copies of their résumés and business cards!

Late registrants will incur a late fee with a price increase:

• $45 per students
• $60 per professional member
• $275 exhibitors (non-sponsor) after Friday, October 6, 2017

Registration closes on Wednesday, October 11th at 12 noon EST.

Room Rate - $92/night plus tax

GUEST ROOM RESERVATION METHOD:   Reservations must be booked on an individual basis by 09/29/2017.  All reservation requests received after this date will be subject to availability.  Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with Wyndham Garden Hotel Group Reservations Department.  Reservations may be made by calling 405-685-4000 and requesting the MANRRS Conference  group rate ($92/night plus tax). Additionally, a valid credit card will be required at check in and an authorization will be placed on their card for incidentals. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed.  

Cut Off Date:  All reservations must be made with the hotel by 09/29/2017.

Check-In/Out Time:  Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
