Hiring & Retaining Top Talent - From Sales Staff to Back Room

Hiring and retaining top talent is a continued topic of discussion amongst banks - large and small - in today's environment.

Where is the next generation of bankers?
Are they already in your bank or business and what are you doing to ensure they get the training and engagement to stay with you long term?
Are you hiring from others or choosing to focus on growing your own talent?
How can RMA support you in these efforts?

Join us in our panel discussion and roundtable to hear what banks are doing to proactively seek out and retain top young talent for the long run.

This networking event will take place on 6/5/2018 at the Great Dane, 2980 Cahill Main in Fitchburg.  There will be lunch and networking starting at 11:00 a.m.  The program will run from 11:30 to 1:30 pm.
