Credit Analyst Roundtable - 11/1/17 - Madison

The RMA Wisconsin Chapter is pleased to invite members only to our semi-annual Credit Analyst Round Table on November 1, 2017. This event will provide a forum for credit analysts from community banks to address a wide range of topics. Topics under consideration for this and future roundtables are:
- Supply of multifamily units / credit concentrations in multifamily and the outlook for the sub-sector
- Methods for calculating global cash flow, including banks’ reliance on K-1s for supplemental info
- Outlook for interest rates and credit concerns related to increasing rates and debt service
- Discussions about credit suites used by different member banks and their strengths / weaknesses
- Blurred Lines - Loan Officer/Credit Analyst relationships
- Credit Analyst - Stepping stone or career?
- Debt Service Coverage Ratio - the problem no one wants to talk about.
- The importance of industry risk analysis.
- Training/Education for the credit analyst.

The session will be hosted at Capitol Bank, 710 N. High Point Road, Madison, WI. The session will begin at 11:30 am and will adjourn at 1:30 pm.
A light lunch will be served during the initial portion of the roundtable.
This roundtable is being offered as a benefit to RMA members only. In order to facilitate appropriate discussion, this roundtable is intended for non-supervisory credit analysts. If you are not a credit analyst at your institution or if there are other credit analysts who would benefit from this event, please tell them about this program.
Registration is free for up to two enrollees per institution. After that, it is $10 per person.
