What:
This three-day intensive webinar course is Part 1 of the certification course which prepares certified yoga and meditation teachers to work in military communities with active duty servicemembers, veterans, family members, professional caregivers, and civilian staff. This will prepare you for the Part 2A & 2B courses.
Who and Why:
This course is designed for three types of yoga and meditation teachers:
1. Those with no experience with the military and wish to determine if working in a military community is appropriate for them.
2. Those with no experience with the military but have a very strong desire to be of service in this venue.
3. Those who are currently working in a military community and want to learn how to teach yoga and meditation in a military setting.
