Just back from India, Mary shares the secrets that she learned about Northern
Indian Cuisine. Learn how to use fresh and rare Indian spices in dishes from age-old family recipes. Mary will show you how to simply prepare 3 dishes from the same base sauce: Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Shahi Paneer. We will also make a modern Lemony Red Lentil Dhal, as well as a tamarind sauce, hand-made Chapati bread and true Indian Masala Chai tea. Enjoy this evening of new experiences while connecting with ancient Indian traditions. Each participant will leave with their own packets of Indian spices. We’ll taste wine to compliment the menu.
