variety! Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn is our knowledgable instructor for this hands on fresh cheese making class. Ricotta is extremely versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes such as ravioli filling, lasagna and ricotta cheesecake. In this hands on class we’ll make 3 varieties of ricotta using different cultures and acidity levels. There will be plenty for samples to take home and for snacking in class! We’ll taste delicious homemade ricotta in handmade cannolis and hors d’ oeuvres and taste wines to compliment them.
