This lively, hands on cooking class, taught by Chef Deja Hart, is inspired by world renowned Israeli-British Chef Yotam Ottolenghi and his creative, colorful and deliciously balanced dishes. Menu: Rainbow Radishes with Reynold's Barn Rigoata and Pea Tendrils, Eggplant Cheesecake Bites, Pan Seared Locally Caught White Fish with Broccolini and Hericot Vert with Sweet Tahini Dressing, Marinated Pork Sous Vide with Sweet Potato Sumac Brussels Sprout Hash and Cleopatra Cake. Jason Gold of Gold's Wine & Spirits will also be on hand to discuss wines that compliment the menu!
