Almost every great dish begins with a sauce! Learn the building blocks of classic sauce making as we master Veloute, Espagnole and Remoulade. In this 2 part series we will cover all 5 of the classic mother sauces. (You can take each class individually or as a set) We’ll then prepare a recipe with each sauce to learn how they incorporate into your everyday cooking and to have at the ready in your culinary tool box. With these sauces we’ll make: Savory Mushroom Crepes with Veloute Sauce, Handmade Gnocchi in Espagnole and Smoked Bluefish and Remoulade Canapés
