Night Out! Gourmet Family Food with Chef Kristin Dovbniak

Get a sitter and get out for the night at this lively hands on cooking class taught by Chef Kristin Dovniak! In class we’ll learn to prepare a nourishing, delicious real-food meal your entire family will love, without resorting to “kid food” or making multiple meals. Even the pickiest eaters will give these dishes a try and mealtimes will no doubt be happier! Our menu for the evening: The Hulk White Bean Dip, Curried Sweet Potato Meatballs with Cauliflower Rice and Tahini Sauce and Chocolate Avocado Pudding. We’ll eat everything we make in class and taste wine and beer to compliment the menu.
