There's nothing quite so nice as sharing a meal with friends or a special someone. It creates a feeling of closeness & warmth perfect for a cozy meal that will take the chill off any cold New England evening. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Nancy Brush will teach us how to prepare the fondues of 3 different countries as well as ideal side dishes to accompany each one.
Menu: Traditional Swiss Fondue served with a pomegranate, fig & orange salad, Italian Fonduta with Truffle Oil served with grilled vegetables, Assorted Fondue Sauces, French Chocolate Fondue served with stuffed strawberries and pound cakes.
This will be a fun and interactive class, so come alone or bring a friend or sweetheart and share a fabulous cooking & dining experience! A wine tasting will be chosen to compliment the menu will be chosen by Newport Wine Cellar.
