Please join Historic City of Jefferson for our annual homes tour featuring the beautiful Forest Hill Avenue neighborhood.
Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 day-of.
VIP Tickets are available for $25 each. They include the homes tour, an event wine glass, and access to the VIP Reception tent with beverages, wine, popcorn, and appetizers as well as music.

Tickets purchased online will not be mailed prior to the event. If you purchase your ticket online, please stop at the HCJ Registration/Ticket Tent at 101 Forest Hill Avenue when you arrive to pick-up your official homes tickets. You will not be granted entrance to any of the homes without these tickets.
The event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
Please do not park or drive on Forest Hill Avenue the day-of the event for safety reasons. Parking will be available at St. Joseph's Cathedral and West School. A trolley will be running in between each of these areas during the event and will stop at 5:15 p.m.
Restrooms will not be available at the event but are available at Memorial Park.
Unfortunately, since they are private residences, many of the homes are not handicap accessible.
