The Benefits of Walking and How to Approach Long-term Fitness
Mike Schatzki, creator of the No Sweat Couch Potato Recovery Program will present an overview of this program followed by an optional “1,000 step walk” around the Hillsborough Township Municipal Building. This event will be conducted rain or shine, but not if it is snowing. Please wear seasonally appropriate outerwear and shoes for walking.
