Topic of the Day: The Body
When people think of mindfulness, they often focus only on the mind. The first session of the Mindful Educator Series will focus on learning ways to pay attention to sensations throughout the entire body, allowing us to tune into our whole being and better connect to ourselves physically and emotionally.

In this portion of the Mindful Educator Training, we will begin to understand the mind in MINDfulness. Not only will we discuss what neuroscience is telling us about mindfuness, but you will also discover why training your mind is just as important as training your body.

Join us for an OPTIONAL Trauma-Informed Care workshop featuring Katy Pruitt, Trauma-Informed Care Coordinator from Sheboygan County Health & Human Services.
Note: A one hour lunch break will be given between sessions. Participants can either grab lunch at Jake's yummy cafe, visit a nearby delicious restaurant, or bring their own lunch to enjoy in the conference room.
