Sex on the Beach: The Natural History of the Horseshoe Crab in Wellfleet Harbor
Robert Prescott, Sanctuary Director Emeritus and FHR Board member, will lead this field trip to look at the spawning behavior of horseshoe crabs. We will discuss existing threats to horseshoe crabs, biomedical importance, attempts to protect horseshoe crabs and what the future may hold for this ancient creature.
