Donate Life Symposium and Celebration 2018 

You're invited to the 2018 Donate Life Symposium and Celebration, a day long opportunity to provide our hospital partners with tools and resources to help maximize the gifts of organ, eye and tissue donation and celebrate all the Donate Life Champions that help make the gift of life possible! Valet parking is included in the price of this year's ticket!

Symposium:

12:30 PM - 1 PM: Registration

1 PM: 2017: A Record Year; Welcome and Year in Review

1:30 PM: Connect to Purpose: A son's gift, featuring donor father Jim Grout

2 pm: Creating Donation Champions; An exclusive panel featuring healthcare practitioners from across CDT's service area

3 pm: Networking/Snack break

3:20 pm: Grief, Support and Compassion: Adding tools to best care for donor families, featuring Eileen Clinton, MS, professor at Maria College

4 pm: Making More Life Possible: The latest in DCD Challenges and Opportunities

Celebration:

**Suggested Dress: This is a celebration! Feel free to dress up a little and join in on the fun.**

4:45 - 5:45: Cocktail hour featuring live music, a photobooth and a prizewheel!

5:45 - 6:30: Dinner

6:30: Donate Life Celebration Awards Ceremony, featuring this year's keynote speaker Derek Fitzgerald. Derek is a heart transplant recipient, cancer survivor and 5x Ironman finisher!
