The 3-day intensive program is an education/consulting hybrid in that'll help you, your colleagues, as well as the sponsoring organization. The WIA will be led by TSI's Founder & Executive Director, Al Adamsen. Al is uniquely qualified to deliver the program as he's one of the few who's created an analytics capability within a Fortune 500 company (Gap Inc.), served as a leader at a prominent analytics vendor (Infohrm, now SAP/SuccessFactors), and has also advised some of the world's leading organizations (Disney, T-Mobile, Comcast, Mayo Clinic, Dignity Health, Heinz, Stanford University, among many others). Al facilitates the Workforce Planning & Analytics Councils and is also a frequent writer and conference speaker. He will again be facilitating a talent analytics session at this year's HR Technology Conference in Chicago.

Tuesday afternoon/evening, August 30th

Wednesday, August 31st
Morning: Introductions, Orientation to the WIA, and review of pre-work. Engage in the mega-trends exercise to clarify emerging risks and opportunities.
Afternoon: Creating common language around talent planning, analytics, reporting, etc. Review and discuss relevant models. Engage in the Audit, Vision, & Roadmap process. Identify key internal customers and form the Research Agenda.
Evening: Group Dinner at The Crow's Nest Restaurant
Thursday, September 1st
Morning: Prioritizing the work, then formulating a Measurement Strategy that aligns with the Analytics Strategy. Explore the array of analytical techniques and select the most appropriate. Exercise 1: Talent Analytics on Fair Pay, Diversity, and Turnover
Afternoon: Crafting the governance committee that commissions projects, resources the CoE, consumes the insight produced and, in turn, takes appropriate action. Focus is on integrating workforce planning with strategic planning and budgeting. Exercise 2: Workforce Planning to inform Recruiting, Location, and Retention Strategies
Evening: Group Dinner at Zelda's on the Beach
Friday, September 2nd
Morning: Data staging and reporting. How to continually improve data quality and the ease in which reports, dashboards, and scorecards are distributed and consumed. Exercise 3: Ecosystem Assessment & Technology Review
Afternoon: Packaging, communicating, and facilitating change with data-based insight. This experiential segment will involve presenting to the group and gaining their observations, questions, and ideas. Exericse 4: Presenting Insights and the Plan to Expand the CoE's Value and Influence
Evening: Cocktail Reception & Adjourn
