Sixth Annual Pacific Northwest Diabetes Summit - Type 1 

The Sixth Annual Pacific NW Diabetes Summit is an event to educate and support individuals, friends, families, care givers, schools officials, and  community leaders about diabetes. This year's program focus is on management of Type 1 and 2 Diabetes and empowering individuals to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The Summit will provide opportunities to connect with other individuals afflicted by diabetes, in addition to getting personal questions answered by professionals and educators.
