Bruschetta: Sliced toasted bread topped with fresh tomato, garlic, oregano, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil

Antipasto Napoli: Sauteed mushrooms, bell peppers, eggplant, oliveso, nion, tomato, and artichokes.

Stuffed Eggplant: Lightly breaded eggplant baked with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.
