Lodging
Lodging is included on a first come first serve basis for Illinois participants who reside outside a 40 mile radius of the hotel. The ILETSB Executive Institute will make the reservation on your behalf. Do not contact the hotel to make a reservation.

Out-of-State Registrants

  • Early Bird Rate (on or before March 7, 2015) - $75
  • On or after March 8, 2015 - $100
Registration fees are due March 24, 2015

Lodging
Lodging is not provided for out-of-state participants. Contact the hotel at (309) 862-9000 to reserve a room at the group rate of $89 available under the conference code 'Women in Law Enforcement.'

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

No telephone cancellations will be accepted.  All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (309) 298-2642 or e-mailed to registrar@iletsbei.com. 

Paid registrants will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee if the cancellation is received on or before March 24, 2015. Cancellations after March 24, 2015 or no-shows will not be reimbursed. Registrants with an unpaid registration fee (purchase order) and who cancel on or before March 24, 2015 will be assessed 50% of the registration fee. Registrants with unpaid registration fees (purchase order) who are no-shows will be assessed the full registration fee. All no-shows will be assessed lodging if a room was previously requested.

NOTE: Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to the ILETSBEI on or before March 31, 2015.
