Casseroles & Make-Ahead Meals 

The word "casserole" has gotten an unfairly bad rap-- but these delicious and easy make-ahead dinners don't have to involve cream of mushroom soup, potato sticks or condensed milk. They can be filled with layers of roasted vegetables, delicious meats, pastas and savory sauces-- and better yet, they can be made ahead and frozen for those nights when you couldn't possibly get a from-scratch dinner on the table.

Join the Fresh Fork staff and Chef Parker Bosley as we present wholesome, healthy and delicious casseroles (or "hot dish" if you're from the Upper Midwest): basics like from scratch Mac n' Cheese to fancier fare special enough for a dinner party. 

Parker will go over the "Casserole Commandments," tips and techniques, and best ingredients for these dishes during his demonstration. We'll also cover other great recipes that you can make-ahead and freeze for easy weeknight meals together as a family-- the perfect class for busy parents!
