No need to apply to cooking school, just come on out to this one-night class to learn the fundamentals of classic sauces and homemade stocks, so you can make them at home!
Chef Parker Bosley will be going over the basic techniques involved in these classic culinary essentials:
Bone Broths & Rich Stocks
Flour-based sauces (roux, béchamel)
Egg-based sauces (hollandaise, béarnaise & mayonnaise)
Vinaigrettes
Pan-sauces (with wine, for meats or mushrooms--or both!)
Cream-based for desserts
This is easily our most decadent and maybe most delicious class ever-- not only will you receive a take-home recipe packet, but you'll be sampling many delicious dishes throughout the evening. Bring some friends to introduce them to Fresh Fork!
