Cabbage is an amazingly versatile and healthy vegetable, and is an essential ingredient in many regional and Old World dishes. It's also one of Trevor and Parker's favorite foods. Back in the earliest days of Fresh Fork, Parker made a bowl of simple fried cabbage, and Trevor ate the whole thing. To this day it's still one of his favorite preparations, but they both have added a bunch of new recipes to their cabbage repertoire, too.

We'll go over basic preparation techniques, traditional recipes, and some new ideas for making the most of all the varieties of cabbage that grow in abundance in Ohio.
