If you have tomatoes growing in your garden, tomatoes from your neighbor, tomatoes in your farm share-- you might just be plum tuckered out of these Summer beauties. Not to fear, Chef Parker Bosley is here, to teach us all how to use up and use well all these tomatoes.
Tomatoes are incredibly versatile, store well, and can be used in a variety of dishes from soups to jams, salads and braises, even in your morning smoothie or juice!
Join us on Monday, Sept 14th at Market Garden Brewery from 6:00-8:30pm for a delicious tomato-themed dinner and an informative class on all things tomatoes.
$30 per participant includes instruction, recipe packet, and multi-course dinner.
