This class will be held (weather permitting) on the outdoor patio at Market Garden Brewery, and we'll be covering burgers from A-Z: the best cuts of meat to select, how to grind, how to season, how to form a tender patty that doesn't break apart on the grill, and how to cook it properly. We'll also go through a veggie burger and dish everything up with some delicious sides. Wash it all down with a Market Garden Sampler Flight of 3 beers (indluded in price)! Come hungry, leave full.
