This is the second event for our Fresh Fork Market Canning Club. We have reserved the Cleveland Culinary Launch and Kitchen for Saturday, August16th from 8am to noon. We will collaboratively can as much as we can. This event is all tomatoes, both sauce and whole tomatoes. We expect everyone to leave with 6 to 8 quarts total.
This event has a $35 deposit. We will split the expenses evenly between everyone that attends. There may be a little more due at the end or a small refund.
This is a collaborative event. We are looking for experienced canners who want to add a few things to their pantry, new foks who want to learn, and everything in between.
