Butcher Series #3: Beef 

Whether you have enjoyed one of our butcher series already or not, this one is not to be missed!  

Watch as Chef Adam Lambert, with the help of Trevor and Parker, break down a side of beef.  Ever wonder where the flank steak comes from?  What exactly is a brisket?   What's the difference between an english roast, 7 bone roast, and chuck arm roast?  These and other mysteries will be solved in this fun and informative class.

But, as always, there will be food:  tasty dishes made with beef and sides that pair with them well.  Each attendee will receive a sampler flight of three (3) Market Garden Brewery beers, each selected to match the menu.  

This event includes the dinner, beer, and instruction.  It is $45, including food, drink, and tax.  Please bring money for gratuity.
