Vegan Dinner Tues Aug 6 at the Transformer Station in Ohio City 

By now we are all aware that eating a more plant based diet is a way to a healthier lifestyle.  The extreme of that is an entirely plant based diet, also known as veganism.  To many of us, it is so foreign that we immediately dismiss it as possible or even enjoyable.

Well we beg to differ.  Join us on Tuesday, August 6th for a delicious and healthy dinner prepared by Good'N'Raw Chef Nicole Tuzzio.  Nicole is known for her talents as a vegan and raw food chef at the Good'N'Raw Cafe in Lakewood and Vegan nights at the Root Cafe in Lakewood.

This dinner, however, is being hosted in a very special location.  On Tuesday, August 6th at 6 PM we will gather at the brand new Transformer Station, a privately-held modern art museum in Ohio City.  We will eat dinner in the gallery and enjoy a 100% vegan dinner.  Chef Nicole will prepare everything and adress the audience as to how she did it.

The menu is still yet to be determined but will include a full dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic drinks.  This is a BYOB event so we do welcome all to bring their favorite bottle of wine or cold beer.  We will have coolers available to keep everything chilled.

The cost to this dinner is $40 per head including tax and gratuity.
