Etiquette, Road Safety & Skills Clinic
The joy, beauty and accomplishment of cycling is enhanced when one is made aware of the road, terrain, fellow riders, pedestrians, motorists, weather conditions and more. Your safety is very important to us here at Serious Cycling. Join one of our quarterly clinics to learn how to be a safer cyclists while showing proper cycling etiquette on and off the road.
This clinic will increase your level of confidence by covering the important areas of Etiquette, Road Safety, and Skills.
Clinic Includes:
- On & Off the bike instruction led by certified USA Cycling Coaches - Kathy McCormick (Triple Crown Stage Winner, USA Cycling Level 2 coach), Joel Eisenberg (Level 3 coach), & Jennifer Johnson (Level 3 coach)
- Up-to-date California State Laws regarding Bicycles & Automobiles
- Coach-led group ride (ride groups to be determined by coaching staff) with individualized feedback
- Bike Handling Skills that addresss beginners to advanced cyclists
- Informational Handout
- Exclusive Art of Cycling t-shirt (only available to participants!)
- Basic Mechanical and Bicycle Readiness Skills
- Rapid Tire Changing
- Post-ride Snack
