A mother is the first teacher. She teaches her child inside her womb, and after birth. She teaches by her example, both her daily lifestyle and her subtle being. She sustains the foundation of human dignity, and identity. This is NOT a small thing when you consider all humans on the planet!

Join us this summer under the blue skies of New Mexico, and discover within your own self your radiant grace, and the creative courage to serve women, and the next generations. Come and expand your connection with your own Soul through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Learn about ancient yogic practical wisdom for women, pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  You will meet vibrant trainers of awareness, grace & courage from around the globe. These two weeks will be a precious turning point in your life.

We recommend that you order the TWO Conscious Pregnancy manuals before the training and start reading. You can order them from www.lulu.com or www.satnam.eu. We will have manuals available at the training for sale, however we suggest that you begin the wonderful read before your arrival. You will love it!
