Soulwork: An Exploration of Type and Spirituality

Presented by Sandra Nelson, M.A.

We start with the assumption that each of us is on a spiritual journey toward integration and wholeness, and this distinctive path we take is influenced by our type preferences.

Join us on Thursday, January 20th, for in-depth exercises focusing on the four mental functions: Sensing, Intuition, Thinking and Feeling. Some will resonate with you more deeply than others, but all can have something valuable to offer. Special attention to our preferred functions can expand our range of meaningful practices that can support us on our journey.

While we will be working primarily from a Judeo-Christian perspective, we will also be incorporating elements from other religions and non-religious traditions.

Thursday, January 20, 2020 6 to 8 p.m.

Networking and refreshments begin at 5:30

Campus Commons Clubhouse, 650 Commons Dr., Sacramento, CA 95825

Note: we are now meeting on the 2nd floor.
