Navigating the Adult System

Please join us for our first session in 2021, Navigating the Adult System. This session will help families, educators and students understand and work toward a successful connection to local resources available for students with disabilities. There will be information about why, how, and when to connect with these services to ensure a successful transition from school to adult life.
