Community Summit 2013 DDA Stipend Application 

We are pleased to announce a limited number of Community Summit Stipends, provided by The Developmental Disabilities Administration and the State of WA Arc.

There are stipends available to support self-advocates, and  those who support each of these individuals, who could be family members, support and residential staff, an employment provider or a friend.  In addition, there are  stipends for residential staff working for agencies that support 16 or fewer individuals.

Stipends are available on a first come first served basis. You will be notified via email if you are awarded the stipend. After that you will receive another email confirmation of your conference registration and ticket.
