The workshop is designed to introduce some concepts of financial analysis to your daily decision-making process. We will arm you with some basic understanding to answer the below questions:

- Should I invest in a project? – cost / benefit analysis
- I want to know how much I can invest / spend next year, and be able to track my spending. – financial planning & budgeting
- How to manage my cash flow? – working capital analysis
- Shall I re-invest my profits in my business or take a loan from the bank? – capital structure analysis
- I want to buy / sell a business or an asset, what’s the fair value? - valuation analysis
About the Presenters
Jayanthi Ganapathy is a Chartered Accountant, and an expert in QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and other accounting systems. She has over 15 years of experience in helping companies of various sizes improve financial and accounting processes and achieve cost reductions. Before founding Extended Finance Team, she was the Accounting Operations Manager of a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company. Jayanthi is based in Boston with her family. Jayanthi received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Madras.
John Wu has been in the field of finance since 1995. He has worked for companies of various sizes in the medical devices, high tech, lighting, manufacturing, and investment banking industry both in and outside the United States. Before founding Extended Finance Team, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company. John is based in Boston with his family. John received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
