In this retreat, Fr. Nieli will focus on the spirituality of the New Evangelization: Led by the Spirit/Fed by the Eucharist. Fr. Nieli will share some reflections on how Catholicism represents the full experience of Jesus Christ and how we can spread Catholicism in America by responding to the voices of Jesus Christ in the Symphony of the Spirit that is the Eucharist.

About Fr. Nieli:

Fr. Bruce Nieli, a Paulist Evangelist and Missionary, was ordained to the priesthood in New York City on May 5, 1973. He has served as a parish priest on Manhattan's West Side, the founding Director of the Center for Spiritual Development of the Archdiocese of New York, the Director of Evangelization of the Texas Catholic Conference, the Director for Evangelization of the National Conference of Catholic Bishops (now USCCB), as a member of the Paulist General Council, and as a full-time evangelist and missionary based in Austin, Texas.

  

What to bring: Each room is simply furnished, and comes with sheets, towels & soap. You will need to bring your own shampoo & other toiletries; comfortable clothes, a notebook & pen and anything else that will help you to feel comfortable and at home at the retreat center. Our guest rooms do not have telephones or TV’s.

Meals: Our generous meals are served buffet style in our dining room overlooking Puget Sound. The retreat will begin on Friday evening with registration from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Dinner at 6:00) and end at 1:00 PM on Sunday following lunch. Special dietary requirements can be met if you make your needs known to our kitchen staff.

Price: The fee for the retreat is $199 per-person (single room) and $165 per-person (double room). Price includes all presentations, six meals, and two nights in a comfortable room with private bath. Scholarships are available. If you need to cancel your retreat due to illness or other circumstances, please contact Helen Nguyen at (206) 748-7991. Retreat payments are non-refundable.
