If you are public school employee first hired by a Michigan public school on or AFTER 7/1/2010,  you may want to attend this meeting covering the Pension Plus and Defined Contribution retirement plans for Michigan public school employees.

This meeting lasts about one-hour and is an opportunity for you to learn more about your retirement plan so you can make informed decisions about your future. Topics include:
  • Pension eligibility requirements
  • Calculating retirement benefits for your pension
  • Investment options for your investment account
  • Investing for the Personal Healthcare Fund 
  • Questions and answers
