Founder of Continuum Movement, Emilie Conrad, identified 3 tissue anatomies, relating to the context we find ourselves in. Our primordial anatomy arises as we begin to slow down, settle into a safe holding field, melt under our everyday and historical patterning, and return to our inherent fluidity.

In this state, we become more like the little embryo, floating in its internal sea, filled with amazing potential. As we dissolve our familiar structures and armouring, we may also encounter our early history.

CHERIONNA MENZAM-SILLS began teaching Embryology
through Movement in 1997 as part of her doctoral studies in Pre- & Perinatal Psychology. Authorized by Emilie Conrad as a Continuum teacher, Cherionna also practices & teaches practitioner trainings in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy across Europe, the UK, and North America, often with her husband, Biodynamics pioneer, Franklyn Sills. Biodynamics includes orienting to embryological forces to support health and well being throughout life. Cherionna has recently re-located to England, where she has a private practice.

Cherionna draws on almost 40 years experience as a therapist (including Occupational Therapy, Massage, Prenatal and Birth, Somatic and Dance/Movement Psychotherapy). She is committed in her work & life to embodied presence. This webinar series is the expression of years of study and creative exploration of our journey of fluid embodiment.
