Teacher Appreciation Banquet 2023 

Thank you for supporting our Greenwood Teachers!  Sponsorships are available to all business, organizations, and individuals.  The sponsorship fee is $50 per table and we need at least 35 table sponsors. 

Sponsorship Details

The student union has tables that will seat up to 12 people each.  You are responsible for decorating your table for 10 place settings. As a sponsor, we encourage you to sit at your table.  Please let us know how many of you (one or two non-teachers) will be sitting at the table.  These place settings need not be decorated.

• Decorations should be something that each teacher may take home or use in classroom. (Food, Drink gift cards, and Chocolate are highly valued!)
• Dark blue tablecloths are provided but, you are welcome to use your own. ( new long tables sit 12 people, you only set places for 10 teachers.)
• Decoration times are August 9th, 1-7 pm, and August 10th, 9-11 am.  The building will be secure at all times.
• Doors open for teachers at 11:45. Please be at your table by 11:35 a.m. if you are joining them.

Chamber Members will have their business on the slide show during the entire event!

If you are interested in sponsoring a table but don't have the ability to decorate, contact us early and we should be able to arrange that service for you.

Meal, Plates, cups, and utensils will be provided by the school.
