The Joint Fundraising “The Mega Raffle” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 10/4/16; ends 7/4/17. Unless otherwise specified in this offer, online/telephone (donation) entries must be received by 7/4/17 and mail entries must be received by July 14, 2017. This Sweepstakes may be presented in different creative presentations by different non-for-profit organizations (“Presenting Promoters”).  Sweepstakes is sponsored by Yeshiva Ner Shlomo 106 Cumberland Pl Lawrence NY 11559.  HOW TO ENTER (a) Donation Option:  (i) $18-$35 donation will receive (1) entry ticket each in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. (ii) $36-$64 donation will receive (1) entry ticket each in Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. (iii) $65-$89 (2) entry tickets each in the Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. (iv) $90-$179 (3) entry tickets each in the Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. (v) $180-$359 (7) entry tickets each in the Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. (vi) $360 and up (15) entry tickets each in the Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth Prize Drawings. All Tickets must be submitted between 10/4/16 and 7/4/17 according to the instructions that you receive. Indicate your choice of the donation options set forth above and your choice of payment method.  (b) To Enter Without Making a Donation:  Handprint your name, address, day/evening phone number, email address (if available) on a 3”x5” card and send to: Joint Fundraising Raffle 106 Cumberland Pl Lawrence NY 11559. Indicate one option from (i)-(vi) above on the front of your envelope to indicate the drawings you wish to enter. For example, if you write (v) on the front of your envelope, you will receive seven (7) entries each in all four drawings. Your mailed entry must be received by 7/14/17. Limit fifteen (15) entries per person in each of the four drawings regardless of the method of entry.

 ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, residents of Israel, Canada and to residents of other countries only where offered and permitted by law who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
