KZA p
artner Jody Florence will host an interactive discussion with Commissioner Harris concerning the changes made to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act by Senate Bill 82. SB 82 made several significant changes to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act, NRS 338.01165, including removing the per job thresholds for apprentices and the waiver application process. Commissioner Harris will walk us through the changes, explain employer's new reporting requirements, and answer your questions.

This program will be offered in a Zoom meeting format with opportunities for participant questions.

As always, our management workshop is complimentary to all KZA clients and open to others for $49.00 per attendee. Remember that if you are a KZA client, you can invite anyone to attend as your guest for free! Simply contact Kathleen Knight at kknight@kzalaw.com and let her know who you are inviting. Next, tell your colleague or friend to register for the event under the "client" registration link.

We look forward to your participation!
