Support Pumpkin Patch Through Sponsorships!

Guidestone’s  Annual Pumpkin Patch & Harvest Festival  will be held on October 7-9, 2016 at the Hutchinson Ranch in Salida, CO. This beloved community event provides 3 days of family fun for hundreds of festival-goers from Chaffee County and surrounding communities. With horse-drawn wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, pony rides, field games, crafts, face painting, food, music and more, the success of this event is dependent on the volunteers, artists, musicians, venders and sponsors who make this event an attraction for all ages!

Your business or organization can show its support through monetary sponsorships, helping to sell tickets, volunteering during the event, providing an activity, or donating goods for our activities booths or food sales.

Sponsorship Levels
Specifically for the Pumpkin Patch, our general sponsorship levels include a listing on the Guidestone website,
E-newsletter (circulated to over 1000 local food enthusiasts) on signage and additional PR. In addition:

$1000+ - 12 tickets, a vendor/display table throughout the event, and a free pumpkin for each guest.

$500 - 8 tickets, a vendor/display table throughout the event, and a free pumpkin for each guest.

$250 - 6 tickets, a vendor/display table throughout the event, and a free pumpkin for each guest.

$150 - 4 tickets and a vendor/display table throughout the event.

$100 - 4 tickets and a vendor/display table throughout the event.

$75 - 2 tickets and a display table throughout the event.

Sponsorships help us cover the costs of the site fees, horses, pumpkins, CDOT required barricades, and insurance.  Additional proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch ticket sales support the delivery of education programs, continued preservation efforts, and general operations of the Hutchinson Homestead and Learning Center, Guidestone’s homebase of operations.

Deadline for Sponsorships, September 30

Thank you for your support!
