CREDIT WHERE CREDIT’S DUE
We’ll take a look at a number of factors affecting consumer credit, and how to address those to help your clients get the loans they need. James Charlet is widely regarded as the number one expert available to the public regarding consumer credit reporting and scoring. James was a member of the elite Experian legal and compliance team, CASS (Consumer Affairs Special Services). CASS is an adjutant to the executive team that handles government compliance, lawsuits, and Attorney General inquiries, among other issues. Working in that capacity requires, to say the least, an in depth knowledge of all of the Federal and State laws regarding credit scoring and reporting. As well as being an owner and chief operating officer for CRE Credit Services, James also sits on the board of NACSO (The National Association of Credit Services Organizations) working with education and government affairs. He has been a speaker for such organizations as NAPMW, WCR, NAHREP, and GHAMP.
