 Group flight departs Louisville Regional Airport

 Group flight arrives at DCA, Washington, D.C.

Please note: Group flight guests will go directly to the Capitol from DCA via reserved shuttle vans. There will be 2 vans that will drop guests off. Katie will take a third van with your luggage directly to the Hyatt. She will bell check our luggage (including any prohibited item(s) as well). She will retrive and deliver your room key directly to you at the Capitol. Please refer to this link for prohibited items at the U.S. Capitol 

Day One on the Hill -  U.S. Capitol Room S-115

U.S. Capitol Room S-115: Enter Capitol grounds at the North Drive entrance (right off of Constitution & Delaware Avenues, NE). Walk past the police at the first gate house and proceed to the small white guard house with the green roof, which is right beside the Capitol. Go through security and check in at the Appointments Desk.  The staff there will direct you to S-115, which is just around the corner, past the bank of six elevators on the right just before the Carriage Door.
