NCFA DISTRIBUTOR SOCIAL 2019

The countdown to the largest networking event in the Cleveland area has begun!!  On Thursday, May 9th, the NCFA will host its 11th Annual Distributor Social!  We are so thankful for the support the industry has given this event and know this couldn't be possible without the support from our SUPPLIER SPONSORS.....so thank you! The sponorship from the supplier companies allows DISTRIBUTOR COMPANIES TO ATTEND FOR FREE (up to 5 attendees).  We truly believe the simplicity of this event is what our industry was looking for and what keeps it going year after year. The NCFA Distributor Social brings together top distributors and suppliers in the fastener industry for three hours of networking. There are no booths to drag in and set-up.  You are not working behnind a table all evening hoping a prospective customer or a currrent customer heads your way.  You get to decide how little or how much you want to get out of the evening, by networking with whom you wish. There will be a selection of delicious hot & cold hors d'oeuvres and free* drink tickets.  Last year this event had over 200 attendees, not only from Cleveland and surrounding areas, but all over!  This is an event you don't want to miss!

This year, we have two companies that have offered to host events prior to the Distributor Social for our guests.  Wodin Inc. is offering a plant tour from 9:30-11am. Wodin is a Cleveland based  ISO and AS Certified manufacturer of specialty fasteners, rod ends, valve stems, eye nuts, large hex nuts, hanger rods, U-Bolts and Socket Heads.  Some of the materials they work with include 17-4-PH, 304 SS B8, 316 SS B8M, 410 SS B-16, Brass, Carbon, Alloy, Hastelloy, Monel, Nitronic 60 and Titanuium. Wodin is a hot forge shop and products they make range in size from 3/8" to 7" diameter and up to 72" in length.  Their products support the following industries:  military, aircraft, oil & gas, aerospace, nuclear, construction, mining, green energy and a variety of specialty fastener applications.  They also have a large inventory of rod ends including blanks and fully machined parts.  Their rod ends meet Military, Navy, Nuclear, ASME and ASTM specifications.    Brighton Best Intl. is also hosting an Open House from 1-4pm including a BBQ lunch, games and a DJ for our members and Distributor Social Attendees!  All of this will wrap up prior to the NCFA Distributor Social, which begins at 5pm. 

Because of the uniqueness of this event and everything we are offering, please pay close attention to the Registration Page (which you can acess by clicking on the "Register Now" button below). There are separate registration options for Suppliers and Distributors. The first 2 option listed on the registration form are for SUPPLIER SPONSORS ONLY.  So if you are a supplier, be sure to click either "Member Supplier Sponsorship" or "Non-Member Supplier Sponsorship."  You can then add on other options listed below that.  If you are a DISTRIBUTOR, ignore the first two options and go directly to the "DISTRIBUTOR REGISTRATION/ADDITIONAL SUPPLIER REGISTRATION/SPONSORSHIP section.  This section is also where you can add on options like being a Bar Sponsors and/or attending the Wodin and Brighton Events.  You will have the option of registering for all of the events being offered or just what works for you.  If you have any questions after looking at the options on the Registration Page, please let me know.  I will be out of the office from March 18 - 28th, but you may contact Marty Nolan (Event Chairperson) via email at m.nolan@prodigy.net. 

SUPPLIER SPONSORS IMPORTANT NOTE: When registering for this event as a SUPPLIER SPONSOR (member or non-member) that allows you to bring up to 5 attendees to the Distributor Social.  Whether you bring 5 or not, that has no impact on your cost or the amount of free drink tickets you get.  If you would like to bring more than 5 attendees there is an additionl option to select for that further down on the registration page.  In addition, you may bring company literature to place on designated tables and/or small giveaways.  Also, if you would like your logo included in show material placed on those designated tables, please email your logo to Lgraham@ncfaonline.com by May 1st.  Thank you!

DISTRIBUTOR COMPANIES IMPORTANT NOTE:  When registering for this event, the first 5 attendees are FREE thanks to our supplier sponsors.  If you would like to send more than 5 attendees, there is an additional option to select on the registration form.  We realize it's often difficult to know who has already registered, especially for those companies that have multiple locations and may be registering individually.  We keep track on our end and if you are over your free attendee limit, you have the option of paying at the door or we can invoice you.  The first 5 free attendees will get 2 free drink tickets per person who attend the event.  The additional attendees will be charged $25/pp and DO NOT include free drink tickets, but a cash bar will be available.
