Financial Management & Leadership Training

We are offering 2 one-day trainings: March 24^th is for smaller organizations (less than $750,000 annual budget), and March 25^th is for larger organizations ($750,000 or more annual budget).

 

THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR LARGER ORGANIZATIONS - MARCH 25th

Each session will focus on financial management and leadership, geared to the realities of DV and sexual assault programs. Depending on our survey results*, topics may include:

• Nonprofit Financial Fundamentals and Nonprofit Budget Basics
• Cost Allocation Challenges and Strategies
• Effective Board Financial Oversight
• Fraud Prevention and Internal Controls
• And more

*Please complete the financial survey that will come to you after you register. This will help tailor the training to your needs!

We encourage you to attend as a small team (for example, E.D. and bookkeeper, or DV program director and accountant) if you can. 

Cost: Members 1 FREE (use promo code provided to your organization at checkout), $75 each additional person. Associate members $75, Non-members $125.
