This is the course that you are required to take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures.

When - April 26th to June 9th

Days Meet - Tues, Thurs and Sat  

Tues and Thurs Times - 6 PM to 10 PM

Sat Times - 9 AM to 1 PM 

**No class on Monday, May 30th**
