Tybee Island: Until Help Arrives

Chatham Emergency Management will be providing a free class, You Are The Help Until Help Arrives, to prepare members of the Community for life-threatening emergency situations. Citizens attending can expect to learn important skills such as, controlling bleeding, how to position an injured person, and how to keep safe during an emergency.
