"Growing Stronger Together"
Shared Services in Pennsylvania

Growing Stronger Together-Shared Services in PA!

A strong early childhood system in PA depends on the sustainability of quality early care and education programs. Working together in a shared service alliance allows programs to build a strong and sustainable early care and education program.

PennAEYC, with support from OCDEL and PennAEYC partners in the Delaware Valley (DVAEYC) and Pittsburgh (Trying Together), are pleased to bring to you the first Shared Service Conference for Pennsylvania Early Care and Education Providers. This event is designed to bring Pennsylvania's Early Childhood Directors, Owners and leaders together to learn, reflect and grow stronger business alliances that support quality improvement in early care and education.

Research shows that when businesses work together, they can solve industry challenges as well as support each other and develop opportunities for improved business strength. Join us for the first PA statewide shared service conference designed to inform and engage providers who are interested in shared service. This is an opportunity to network with others interested in the development and support of Shared Service Alliances.

Delve into the world of shared service collaboration to learn about supporting staffing challenges, addressing STARS standards, and other topics, or simply familiarize yourself with the basics of Shared Service work and learn how to get started. Learn from others currently working with shared service alliances in PA and hear their stories about success and opportunities for further development!

We hope you will join us on June 20, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey in Grantville PA as we grow stronger together through shared services in PA!
