In this workshop, you will learn how to use the power of mindfulness to calm and get control over the experience of anxiety. You will learn 3 mindfulness practices as well as understand what anxiety is and how it occurs in our minds and body.

Through these 3 practices, one can cultivate a calm and stable inner core that is reliable and dependable. With practice, this resource can be used to get control over the experience of anxiety.
The overall approach of the workshop is secular. Anyone can learn to meditate no matter how busy your mind is. Many suggestions for applying mindfulness as a resource for anxiety will be given.
In the workshop, the approach to mindfulness is based on the work of the world renown mindfulness teacher, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, who is a pioneer in the teaching and application of mindfulness in various settings including health care, organizations, sports among others.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners of mindfulness.
