Progress Notes and Care Plan Outcomes Training - Best Practices

NHARCH will host a two-hour on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Granite Ledges of Concord addressing progress notes and care plan in assisted living. This program was developed in response to frequent requests from those who have attended past R.A.T. Training Programs. This program is geared to all levels of competency, not just toward RNs.
