Deadlines
Deadline for space reservations, ad materials and payment is Friday, August 4, 2017 at 5:00pm to be included in this publication. There are NO exceptions.
Mechanical Requirements

All electronic ads must be submitted in one of the following formats:
PDF: (Portable Document Format) preferred. Please be sure the document is saved with high resolution graphics, CMYK images and all fonts are imbedded.
EPS: Both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop EPS files are accepted with fonts saved as outlines and no RGB and JPG compression.
JPG: High resolution (300 dpi) jpg files are accepted also.
Premium Positions
Premium placement ads (back cover, inside front cover, inside back cover and right page placements) are on a first come, first served basis.
Payment
All advertising charges are due with your ad submission no later than Friday, August 4, 2017, at 5:00pm to be included in this publication. NO ADS WILL RUN WITHOUT PAYMENT BY DEADLINE DATE
Payment can be made with a credit card at the time the application is submitted. Credit cards are processed via WePay and you do not have to have a WePay account or create one to proceed. A separate e-mail containing your credit card receipt will be automatically sent to you after registration is complete. Checks are still accepted. Select "check" on the application form, finish the registration, and mail check to the Dallas Tavern Guild.
